Internship Supply Chain

We are Loop

Loop Earplugs is reinventing how people experience the world by enabling them to live life at their own volume. 2024 was a pivotal year at Loop – we hit 14,000,000 earplugs sold, were named 'The Best Earplugs for Concerts' by The New York Times, and expanded our product offering to a complete range of solutions for day and night. Oh – and not to mention making history as the first company to win Deloitte's Fast 50 Belgium twice.

But this is just the beginning. As we continue to develop disruptive products, we're constantly on the lookout for the next big idea - and building a team who can make it happen.

Being a Looper means making a difference. Whatever your role, this is your stage to make a real impact and bring your ideas to life. Better yet, you'll join a fast-growing, global team of 250+ people who are passionate, down-to-earth and eager to tackle challenges together.

Start Date: January 2026
Duration: 6 months
Open for school internship (academic program) or voluntary internship (via VDAB)

At Loop, Operations and Supply Chain is where strategy meets action; where every shipment, partner, and customer touchpoint adds up to an experience people remember.
As a Supply Chain Intern, you'll get a front-row seat to how a fast-scaling consumer brand runs its global logistics and customer happiness engine. You'll work in our Operations team by supporting the Senior Global Logistics Manager across multiple regions and 3PLs, and help uncover insights that shape how Loop delivers from warehouse to doorstep. It's a hands-on, high-impact internship where curiosity meets scale.

Work across global logistics, partners, and customer insights

You'll contribute to keeping Loop's global logistics network running smoothly and help us understand our customer experience on a deeper level. From analyzing carrier performance to identifying trends in customer feedback, your work will directly influence how we improve service, reduce friction, and enhance satisfaction worldwide. You'll learn how decisions made in Antwerp ripple out to millions of customers around the globe, and how precision, empathy, and structure turn complexity into impact.

You'll contribute to

· Monitor 3PL performance across multiple locations by reviewing orders, systems, and shipment tracking to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery.

· Verify and analyze invoices from carriers and logistics partners to uncover discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.

· Review customer service tickets to identify recurring issues or regional trends, turning insights into actions that improve the customer experience.

· Support ad hoc operational requests such as B2B shipments, retail logistics, and fulfillment improvements that drive efficiency.

· Collaborate with teams across logistics, customer happiness, and growth to continuously elevate the full Loop experience.

Additional Impact Areas

· Ensure quality standards by cross-checking operations and making sure our customer happiness benchmarks are consistently met.

· Follow up on internal tasks and workflows to help the team stay on track and maintain high standards of workforce management.

· Translate campaign information into clear, actionable updates for external partners so they're always ready to make our customers happy.

· Support escalations from the customer happiness team, ensuring other departments are aligned and quick to help resolve complex cases.

How you'll succeed as a Supply Chain Intern

You're curious, analytical, and thrive when connecting details to the bigger picture. You like finding structure in data and patterns in behavior. You're comfortable working across tools, teams, and time zones, and you're motivated by seeing real results from your work. At Loop, you'll learn how great operations are built with precision, empathy, and a bias for action.

What you bring
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an interest in turning data into insight
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and priorities
  • Excitement to work in a fast-paced, international environment where every day looks different
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in wherever you can add value
Why this internship stands out

This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. You'll be hands-on from day one, working with global partners, analyzing real data, and helping shape how Loop scales its logistics and customer happiness operations worldwide.
